Class Description
Group A Craven County Schools: Classes, Teams, Clubs, Advisory Councils, School Improvement Teams, etc. (Meetings and small-scale events that are part of the school's program, and held at a school other than their own.)
PTAs, PTOs, Academic Boosters, Sports Boosters, Band Boosters, Foundations, and groups whose sole purp'ose is to support the schools. (Meetings and small-scale events helo at a school other than where the group is based)
Craven Community College continuing education classes and ceremonies.
Voting: Local, State and Federal. (Application process necessary only if the group is using a school other than their own)
Group B All organizations listed in Group A sponsoring large-scale events, fund-raisers, camps, and clinics in which a fee is charged to participate, with profits used to benefit the school. (Application process necessary only if the group is using a school other than their own)
Group C Non-Profit group meetings serving children and families in the school district (Including but not limited to communit:1, civic religious or charitable organizations, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and after school, vacation and summer tutoring/camps/clinics). Craven County, Cities of New Bern and Havelock Recreation Departments for events that are operated bv the Recreation Department.
Group D Non-Profit youth recreation practices and regular games, including, but not limited to: Youth football, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, cheerleading, baton, karate, indoor soccer, etc.
Group E Organizations identified as government education (or) adult recreation programs. (Includes athletic officials, National Guard, law enforcement, college sports, and similar groups). Political precinct meetings. (Does not include large-scale meetings, tournament play or productions)
Group F Community, civic, religious or charitable organizations events planned and sponsored for profit. School Staff sponsored clinics and classes for personal profit. (Does not include large-scale meetings, tournament play or productions)
Group G Non-Profit organizations (Groups E and F) using the facilities for fund-raisers, tournaments, productions, large-scale meetlngs, church worship services. For Profit business meetings and organizations. Includes: amateur athletic organizations that serve children from all districts or regions, amateur theater/dance groups, political rallies. Private parties and family events, including but not limited to weddings, funerals, reunions, etc.

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club, etc), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

If you are submitting for your school and need to be added as an additional requester please email Jordyn Rodriguez.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
